Submission delivery protection
New Submission engagements default to 50% paid before work starts and 50% on acceptance. If we miss the agreed final delivery deadline through our fault, the balance is waived. The same applies if a material agreed requirement remains unmet through our fault at that deadline.
The agreement identifies the deliverable, source versions, required sections, page and source-material limits, file formats, input dates and review dates. Acceptance occurs when you approve the final deliverable, submit or use it externally for its agreed purpose, or when the agreed review window closes without a written notice identifying a material unmet requirement. That window is normally two business days, adjusted in advance for urgent work. The accepted balance is invoiced on seven-calendar-day terms. A deadline waiver already earned still applies.
Client delays and material amendments require a written revised schedule or scope. Missing client evidence is identified openly. Existing engagements retain their agreed terms; any different milestones are stated in the new agreement.
The Route Guarantee
If a published government answer closes the agreed route before package delivery, you pay only for documented work completed, capped at the initial payment specified in your scope. Unearned prepayments are refunded within ten business days.
The Rework Guarantee
Submission includes one additional consolidated rework round for reviewer changes received within ten business days of delivery, within the original scope. A new architecture, route or material requirement is separately scoped. Rework must fit the actual government deadline.
One clear approval
Your offer includes the complete scope and agreement, with the fee, dates, inputs, limits and payment conditions. An authorized representative can reply “Approved” to accept those identified terms electronically. We issue the invoice the same day. Work starts once the initial payment and required inputs arrive, unless the agreement expressly states different start conditions.
Monthly work stays defined
Federal Desk and active-phase support use an agreed workplan for each period. Monthly fees are prepaid. Future phases require affirmative approval; an invitation does not trigger a charge. The Submission balance waiver applies to Submission engagements, not automatically to every monthly service.
Your decisions stay with you
You approve material before submission. Partner acceptance, selection and award are not guaranteed. Research and drafting do not give us authority to bind your company or make government representations on your behalf.
