FAQ
Questions about scope and delivery
What happens after I request a scope?
The free check tells you in writing whether the document is a fit for us, whether your deadline is workable, and the exact inputs we still need to fix a scope and fee. To quote responsibly, we need the notice or response instructions, the document and limits you need, the deadline, the evidence available and your technical review availability. When those inputs support a fixed quote, we send the deliverable, fee and delivery date with the actual scope and agreement. If an essential detail is missing, we ask for it. Paid work starts only after the agreed approval, payment and input conditions are met.
Does the writing arrive in one business day?
The one-business-day promise is for the free fit and timing check after a complete request. Your paid response has a separately agreed schedule based on the actual notice, material and review requirements.
What if we already have a draft?
Request an independent Pre-Submission Review. It checks the supplied draft against the named notice, amendments and FAQs, with a marked compliance matrix and the five priority fixes. Rewriting is separately scoped.
Do I need to book a call or send sensitive files?
No meeting is required. Start with your website, work email and any public notice or context. Share further material only after we reply and establish the appropriate handling arrangements. Do not submit classified or controlled information here.
What if we are still deciding whether to pursue?
Request the free funding plan for one company and one opportunity. You receive one page showing whether the notice fits (pursue, partner or pass), the project we would propose in the agency’s terms, what it would take, and the next step, useful whether or not you buy support.
