For teams with a draft

Know what to fix before submission

Your team has written the response. We check the supplied draft against the named notice, amendments and FAQs, then identify unsupported or conflicting claims and the five priority fixes.

Use the review to decide what needs attention, who must supply evidence and whether a separate rewrite is needed. It is a check of the agreed material, not a prediction of selection.

What you receive

  • A marked compliance matrix connecting the instructions to locations in your draft.
  • Unsupported claims, conflicts and evidence gaps identified in the supplied material.
  • The five priority fixes, with the next action made explicit.
  • Any clarification round agreed in the scope, within its stated limits.

The inputs that make a review useful

  1. The requirement: the notice, instructions, named amendments and FAQs.
  2. The draft: the document and appendices you want reviewed, within the agreed page limit.
  3. The evidence: material supporting the claims and a list of known gaps.
  4. The schedule: the actual deadline, time zone and the people available to resolve questions.

We scope each review individually. The fixed fee reflects the draft length, complexity and required turnaround. The quote sets the source versions, page limit, appendices and any clarification round agreed in the scope. We normally deliver the paid review within two business days after the complete agreed input package arrives. We confirm a workable delivery date in the scope.

Start with public information in the request below. Share further material only after we establish the appropriate handling arrangements.

What the review looks like

Fictional example. This row illustrates the review format. It is not a client finding or an agency requirement.

Demonstration evidenceThe draft describes an operating limit, but the cited test summary does not identify the conditions for that claim.Ask the technical owner for the relevant test conditions. Limit or remove the claim until it is supported.

Checking and rewriting are separate scopes

The review identifies issues in the agreed draft and source package. It does not include rewriting the response, validating engineering claims through new testing, contacting partners or filing with the government unless expressly agreed.

Your team approves technical facts, architecture, certifications and pricing. New or revised instructions may require a changed scope and schedule.

Choose the next step you need

If you need the document written, request a writing scope. If you are still deciding whether to pursue the opportunity, use the Free funding plan.

You can request a draft review directly. A separate free funding plan is not a prerequisite.

The scope, fixed fee and delivery date arrive in writing before you decide. Read the service terms. No guarantee of partner acceptance, selection or award.
