I run Thesis Federal’s email-first research and writing service for technology and engineering companies assessing federal opportunities.
The work starts with a specific company, the actual notice and the available evidence. The aim is a useful next decision: pursue, find a partner or pass, followed by a defined writing or review scope when it helps.
What we do
- A free funding plan for one company and one opportunity: one page showing whether the notice fits (pursue, partner or pass), the project we would propose in the agency’s terms, what it would take, and the next step.
- Route and evidence planning for a team doing its own writing.
- Agreed briefs, white papers and response documents.
- Independent reviews of supplied drafts.
- Defined monthly pursuit support when separately agreed.
How we prepare and check the work
- Start with the actual sources. Name the notice, amendments, FAQs and the versions used. A dated example does not become a live-opportunity alert.
- Separate facts from open questions. Distinguish existing capability, proposed development, supported claims and material that still needs confirmation.
- Make the route explicit. Identify the proposed role and the participation questions that need verification. A plausible route is not an eligibility certification.
- Give the team a concrete next step. Explain the decision and the evidence or clarification needed before further work.
- Keep technical approval with your team. Your reviewers approve engineering facts, architecture, performance claims, certifications and pricing.

What the examples establish
Our work page distinguishes anonymous descriptions of actual assignments from fictional or illustrative material. We omit client documents and identifying details from public examples.
Preparing a response does not establish selection, funding or award. Thesis Federal is an independent consultancy with no government affiliation.
